Sencha and Mixed Berries Smoothie
A marriage between two of our favourite drinks for a healthy, creamy delight!

Serve with 1 slice whole-grain toast and 2 tsp nut butter.
1 tsp Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend
1⁄2 cup boiling water
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 small ripe banana
1⁄4 cup low-fat milk or plain soy milk
1 tsp honey
- Steep Tea in water. Allow to cool.
- In a blender or food processor, blend tea with remaining ingredients until smooth.

For that extra punch of flavour, make your tea a little stronger – add an extra teaspoon when brewing!
