Satay Chicken Wings
1⁄2 cup satay sauce
2 lbs (900 g) chicken wing pieces
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
- Toss chicken wings with 1⁄2 the satay sauce.
- Place in a single layer on Sheet Pan. Roast in oven for 30 minutes.
- Toss wings in remaining satay sauce immediately before serving. Season with Sea Salt.
