Rise and Shine!

Quick and easy, all in one, and delicious! Assemble the night before, and just pop in the microwave in the morning.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1⁄4 cup milk
1 tspCCB Dip Mix
1⁄2 tsp3 Onion Dip Mix
2 slices whole-grain bread, cubed
1⁄2 cup grated, low-fat cheddar cheese
1 small tomato, sliced
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, CCB Dip Mix, and 3 Onion Dip Mix.
- Place bread and tomato in Rectangular Steamer. Pour egg mixture over top, then evenly sprinkle with cheese.
- Cover with lid and microwave on high for 1 - 2 minutes, or until eggs are set.
