Refreshing Sencha Watermelon Salad

Ingredients
SALAD:
5 cups watermelon, cut into cubes
1⁄2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
1⁄2 cup pistachios, chopped
VINAIGRETTE:
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1⁄2 cup Sencha & Jasmine Green Tea Blend, strong brewed
3 tbsp olive oil
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a Cruet.
- Place watermelon in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the goat cheese and pistachios.
- Drizzle vinaigrette over salad and serve.
