Red Pepper Daïquiri

Ingredients
2 tspRed Pepper Jelly
1⁄2 oz lemon juice
1 oz Havana Club white rum
1 oz white cranberry juice
3 fresh whole mint leaves
ice cubes, to fill shaker
Preparation
- Pour first 4 ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add mint leaves.
- Fill shaker with ice and shake well for 8–10 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass and serve.
