Red Adobo Sauce with White Fish

Ingredients
2 tbsp
Adobo Seasoning
13 cup
vinegar
2 tbsp
olive oil
1 tbsp
tomato paste, or ketchup
4 (4 oz/120 g)
fresh or frozen white fish fillets
lemon pepper, to taste, optional

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Combine Adobo Seasoning with vinegar, oil, and tomato paste. Place fish in roasting dish, and rub Red Adobo Sauce over entire surface of fish.
  3. Season with lemon pepper if desired.
  4. Roast for 15–20 minutes until fish is flaking and it easily comes apart.
