Quick Chicken Bites

Preparation
- Preheat air fryer to 375° F.
- Cut chicken breast into 1 1⁄2" chunks; toss in a bowl with mayonnaise to coat.
- Place coating mix in a shallow dish. Using tongs or your hands, add chicken one chunk at a time, rotating and pressing to coat.
- Place in air fryer basket and cook 10 min, or until golden brown and cooked through, turning halfway.
