Peach & Raspberry Compote
This is a versatile recipe, so use your favorite seasonal fruit combinations.
1 cup raspberries
1 tspApple Pie Spice
1 tsp grated lemon, lime, or orange peel
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
- Peel and chop peaches.
- In Multipurpose Steamer, combine peaches, raspberries, sweet dip mix, Apple Pie Spice, and lemon peel. Cover; microwave on high until fruit is tender, 3–5 min.
- Place compote into four serving dishes. Top each with 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt and serve.

If fresh fruit is out of season, use frozen peaches or raspberries.
