Pasta with Cabbage and Bacon

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) long pasta, any kind
6 strips bacon, cut into thick matchsticks (julienned)
1 tbspMarinara Sauce Mix
1 small Savoy cabbage, thinly sliced
1 - 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Preparation
- In Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and sauté bacon until about half done. Add Marinara Sauce Mix and heat until aromatic. Add cabbage and toss well.
- Stir in hot pasta and white wine vinegar, tossing to evenly coat. Season with Salt and Pepper before serving.
