Pakoras

Perfectly Balance Your Plate
Serve with 1⁄2 cup prepared Butter Chicken, 1 cup steamed veggies and 1 tbsp prepared Mango Curry Dip or Mango Chutney.
Ingredients
1 pkg Pakora Mix
1⁄2 cup hot water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 carrot
1 zucchini
3 tbsp oil
Preparation
Stovetop Preparation:
- Pour pakora mix in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in water and lemon juice until combined. Let stand 5 min.
- Fold in mixed veggies.
- Preheat a frying pan over medium heat. Add oil. Using a tablespoon, drop batter into pan. Cook until golden on both sides, approximately 5–7 minutes.
Oven Preparation:
- Pour pakora mix in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in water and lemon juice until combined. Let stand 5 min.
- Fold in mixed veggies.
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190 °C). Lightly brush a Perfect Portion Muffin Pan with oil. Spoon batter into pan and bake for 12–15 min.

Tips
Mix up the veggies! Try sliced onion, frozen peas, chopped spinach, or cauliflower in your pakoras.
