Oven Fries

Even better dunked in your favorite prepared Aioli.
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
- Wedge or cut potatoes into 8 - 10 wedges.
- Place in a bowl, add Seasoning and oil, tossing to coat.
- Arrange in a single layer on a crisper. Bake for 20 minutes.
