This bright, elegant chicken dish is just right for winter dinners. Ready in just 20 minutes.
2 tsp butter
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1⁄2 cupNourish Broth
3⁄4 cup cranberry sauce
1 green onion, diced — optional
- Grate 1 tsp peel from orange and cut remaining peel from orange. Cut out fruit segments. Discard pits and pith.
- Melt butter in frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden. Remove to plate.
- Pour Nourish Broth into pan. Add cranberry sauce and orange peel and stir until well-combined.
- Return chicken to pan. Cover and cook, stirring and turning occasionally, for 6–10 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Garnish with orange segments and green onion.
