Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Cream butter and sugars in a medium mixing bowl. Beat in egg, vanilla extract and milk.
  3. Whisk flour, baking soda, Baking Powder and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Beat into creamed mixture until smooth. Stir in oats.
  4. Drop by the teaspoon onto 2 parchment-lined Sheet Pans.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes.
