Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Cream butter and sugars in a medium mixing bowl. Beat in egg, vanilla extract and milk.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, Baking Powder and salt in a separate mixing bowl. Beat into creamed mixture until smooth. Stir in oats.
- Drop by the teaspoon onto 2 parchment-lined Sheet Pans.
- Bake 10–12 minutes.
