Napoli Pizza

Ingredients
1 (12 in/ 30 cm) store bought pizza shell, whole-grain or gluten free
1 cupMarinara Sauce
1⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup black olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
6 - 8 anchovies, optional
Rosemary Garlic Seasoning, to taste
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
- Place pizza crust on a crisper or a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Spoon Marinara Sauce over dough and spread to edges. Sprinkle with Parmesan, then olives. Add anchovies, if using, then sprinkle with Seasoning, Sea Salt, and Pepper.
- Bake until edges are crispy and cheese has melted, 8 - 10 minutes.
