1 2⁄3 cups icing sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup butter, at room temperature
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp hot coffee, preferably ethically sourced
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whisk icing sugar and cocoa powder and cream with butter.
- Slowly beat in hot coffee for approximately 2 minutes, or until glossy.
- Stir in vanilla extract and immediately spread over cooled cake.
