Mini Ham and Swiss Frittata

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 small red bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp3 Onion Dip Mix
1 cup cubed cooked ham
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Melt butter, add pepper, and 3 Onion Dip Mix. Sauté for approximately 5 minutes.
- Whisk eggs. Stir in ham, cheese and pepper mix.
- Pour into muffin pan and bake for 8 minutes or until eggs have set.
