Lighten up your mashed potatoes with this Mediterranean-inspired side dish!


Ingredients

Toppings (optional): Black Pepper, Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine seasoning with hot water. Set aside. 
  2. Peel and chop potatoes into small pieces; place in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high for 10–12 min or until potatoes are soft. 
  3. Meanwhile, chop green onions.  
  4. Using Ground Meat Separator, mash potatoes with seasoning mixture and oil to desired consistency. Stir in green onions, olives, and sunflower seeds, if using. Add toppings, if desired.
