Mediterranean Mashed Potatoes

Serve with 4 oz (113 g) lean protein and 1 cup chopped veggies.
1 pkg Tomato & Basil Baked Brie Seasoning
1⁄4 cup hot water
4 medium potatoes
2 green onions
1⁄2 cup black olives, sliced
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds, optional
Toppings (optional): Black Pepper, Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper
- In a small bowl, combine seasoning with hot water. Set aside.
- Peel and chop potatoes into small pieces; place in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high for 10–12 min or until potatoes are soft.
- Meanwhile, chop green onions.
- Using Ground Meat Separator, mash potatoes with seasoning mixture and oil to desired consistency. Stir in green onions, olives, and sunflower seeds, if using. Add toppings, if desired.
