Warning: this is addictive! Thick ‘n luscious Greek yogurt provides a smooth and creamy base for the feta. Dish up with pita wedges (or chips), use as a spread for sandwiches, or to add to a mezze platter with fresh veggies for dipping. Double the recipe if you’re feeding a crowd.
7 oz (200 g) feta, drained
1⁄4 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings (optional): grilled pitas, chopped tomatoes, fresh basil
- Crumble feta into a high-speed blender or food processor. Add yogurt and dip mix.
- Blend until very smooth. If mixture is too thick, thin with 1–3 tbsp milk or water. Taste and add pepper, if desired.
- Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with oil. Serve with toppings, if desired.
