1 cup preparedLemon Dilly Dip
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
1⁄4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
Sea Salt, to taste

- Blend all ingredients well. Refrigerate and use as needed.
