  1. Rub chicken breasts with Jamaican Jerk seasoning, dark rum, lime juice and vegetable oil. Marinate in refrigerator for up to 4 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 400ยฐ F (205ยฐ C).
  3. Lightly spray a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  4. Quickly sear rubbed chicken breasts over medium-high heat. When both sides are browned, place pan in oven for approximately 15โ€“20 minutes.
Tips

Cook Once, Eat Twice: Make extra Jerk Chicken and serve with rice and steamed vegetables on another night, or top a Caesar Salad.
