Italian Steamed Fish
Dinner doesn't get any easier than this!

Serve on top of 1 cup mixed greens with 1 cup steamed rice or polenta fries.
2 small zucchini, cut into ribbons
2 small carrots, cut into ribbons
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1 lb (450 g) white fish fillets
- In a Multipurpose Steamer, place zucchini and carrot. Season to taste.
- Place fish on top of vegetables and drizzle with dressing.
- Cover and microwave on high until fish is cooked through, 5–7 minutes.
