Hummus

A flavourful, protein-packed sandwich spread, or dip for grilled pita and vegetables.
Ingredients
2 - 3 tbspHerb & Garlic Dip Mix
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas, drained
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp warm water
3 tbsp lemon juice
1⁄4 cup tahini — optional
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
- Let stand for 1⁄2 hour before serving.
