A quick and easy dessert – perfect for the fall season.


Ingredients
4
firm bananas, peeled
3 tbsp
Hot Buttered Rum
3 tbsp
light cream or half-and-half
2 tbsp
orange juice

Preparation
  1. Cut each banana crosswise into 3 pieces. Cut each section in half lengthwise. Set aside.
  2. Melt Hot Buttered Rum in frying pan over medium-high heat. Add cream and orange juice; stir continuously until sauce comes to a boil.
  3. Add sliced bananas to pan. Gently stir to coat bananas with sauce. Cook for 2 minutes.
Tips

Serve bananas over frozen yogurt or ice cream. Add a drizzle of melted Dark Belgian Chocolate, if desired.
