Hawaiian Five-0 Burger

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half lengthwise to create 4 thin cutlets
2 - 3 tbsp Sweet & Spicy Mustard
4 slices Swiss cheese
1⁄4 cup BBQ Sauce
Quickled Red Onions, prepared, to taste
4 hamburger buns
Toppings (optional): your choice of aioli, salsa, pineapple, lettuce, cucumber, or sprouts.
Preparation
- Coat chicken breast halves with mustard on both sides and set aside.
- Preheat grill to medium and cook chicken with lid closed for approximately 4–6 minutes per side or until cooked through and chicken has reached a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F. Top each with a cheese slice during the last two minutes of cooking.
- Spread one half of the buns with barbecue sauce, top with chicken breasts.
- Top chicken breast with pineapple, onions, your favorite toppings, close buns and serve.
