2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp diced low-sodium lean ham
2 tbsp grated low-fat cheddar cheese
- Whisk eggs and milk until frothy. Pour into a lightly oiled Omelet Maker.
- Top eggs with ham, cheese, and dip mix.
- Close lid and microwave on high for 2 - 3 min.
- Loosen omelet with a spatula, flip onto a plate, and serve.
