Grilled Lamb Chops with Pepper Jelly

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
8 (4 oz/112 gr) lamb chops
1 tbsp Souvlaki Seasoning
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
1⁄2 cupRed Pepper Jelly
Preparation
- Brush lamb chops with oil. Sprinkle Souvlaki Seasoning, Salt and Pepper on each side of chops and rub in.
- Barbecue chops over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare. Using Grip & Grab, remove chops to a warm platter and cover to keep warm.
- Heat Red Pepper Jelly in a microwave-safe bowl for 1-2 minutes, stirring half-way through, until warm and melted. Spoon over grilled chops.
