1 lb (450 g) salmon fillet
4 cups green beans
1⁄2 pint cherry tomatoes
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
- Trim ends from beans and discard. Place beans and tomatoes in Multipurpose Steamer. Grind salt and pepper on top, if desired. Cover and microwave on high until tender-crisp, 3–4 min.
- Cut salmon into four pieces. Arrange over veggies; sprinkle with dip mix.
- Cover and microwave on high until beans are tender and fish is cooked through, about 4 min.
- Using the 2-in-1 Citrus Press, squeeze in juice from lemon.
