Goddess Nourish Bowl
Fit for a goddess, this nourish bowl will have you glowing on the inside and out.
3 cups cooked quinoa
4 cups lentils, beans, or peas, cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
6 cups veggies, your choice, cooked or raw
4 cups kale, shredded
2 cupsCoat & Cook Sweet Potatoes, prepared
3⁄4 cupBalsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared
Sea Salt (Grinder), optional
Black Pepper (Grinder), optional
Smoky Roasted Tomato Nutritional Yeast Topper, optional
- Arrange first five ingredients in four serving bowls.
- Drizzle with dressing.
- Sprinkle with nutritional yeast sprinkle and enjoy!
