Ginger Rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 cup rice
1 1⁄2 cupsNourish Broth, prepared
1⁄2 tspSea Salt (Grinder)
1 tbsp3 Onion Dip Mix
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup.
- Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer, covered, for 12–15 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
- Fluff with a fork and serve.
