Garlic Chicken with Lemon Basil Sauce

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbspPesto Sauce Mix
1 tsp lemon zest
1 cupNourish Broth, prepared
Preparation
- Coarsely grind Salt and Pepper on both sides of chicken breast.
- Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Brown chicken breasts on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
- To the pan add lemon juice, garlic, Pesto Sauce Mix and lemon zest. Stir over high heat for 30 seconds. Add Nourish Broth and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Return chicken to pan to reheat and turn once.
