"Dillicious" Honey Mustard Salmon Fillets

"Dillicious" hot or cold!
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1⁄4 cup Honey Mustard
2 tspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
6 (6 oz/170 g) salmon fillets
Preparation
- Whisk first 3 ingredients together in an 8” x 8” x 2” glass baking dish.
- Add salmon and, using silicone tongs, coat with marinade. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C). Place salmon skin side down in baking dish.
- Bake 8 minutes. Flip and bake an additional 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
