Preparation
  1. In a Multipurpose Pot or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for about 2–3 min, until soft. 
  2. Add veggies and seasoning. Stir to combine and cook for 3–4 min more. 
  3. Add broth and tea. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to medium low, and simmer 15 min until the vegetables are tender. 
  4. Just before serving, add the mixed greens and season to taste. 
Tips

If short on time, steam veggies in a Multipurpose Steamer and add to pot for faster cooking.
