Cucumber Raita

A cool, South Asian yogurt condiment. Served chilled with warm pita, fresh veggies or in a whole-wheat wrap.
Ingredients
1 cucumber, finely diced
1 tomato, finely diced
1⁄2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
2 tspToasted Onion
1⁄2 tspLemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 tspMinced Garlic
Preparation
- Combine ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Stir until smooth.
- Cover and chill for 30 minutes and serve.
