Creamy Vanilla Latte Smoothie

Ingredients
1 shot espresso
2 dates, pitted
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄3 cup oatmeal
ice
water
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency, or more water for a thinner consistency, as desired.
