Coconut Chai Spice Latte
Chai Lattes are a luscious beverage for any occasion. Chill out by serving over crushed ice.
1 tbsp Chai Spice
5 tbsp ground coffee or espresso beans
1 1⁄2 - 2 cups boiled water
1 can (14 oz /398 ml) light coconut milk
- Combine Chai Spice and ground coffee together, and then prepare coffee with water in a French coffee press.
- Heat coconut milk in glass measuring cup, in microwave on high for 1 minute, or until steamy. Froth in a milk frother.
- Pour coffee into 2 mugs, 1⁄2 to 3⁄4 full .
- Pour in frothed coconut milk and serve, sweeten to taste.
