Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and apple pie spice. 
  3. Cream butter, sugars and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. 
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Stir in oats until well-combined. Fold in dried berries. 
  5. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonful 3” apart onto on a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Lightly flatten cookies with the palm of your hand. 
  6. Bake for 10–12 min, or until lightly browned at edges.
