Classic beverage for any fiesta! Made easily at home.
Ingredients
1 lime, cut into wedges
Margarita Rim Trimmer™, or Sea Salt, enough to trim glass rim
4 - 6 ice cubes
3 oz tequila
2 oz orange liqueur
1 cup lime juice
1 tbsp icing sugar, optional
Preparation
- Moisten rim of 2 margarita glasses with lime wedges and dip into Margarita Rim Trimmer™. Gently rotate the glass to evenly ‘frost’ rim. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine ice cubes with remaining ingredients.
- Shake well, strain and pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge.
