Chocolate Syrup

Perfect on sundaes or drizzle over your favourite coffee drink.
Ingredients
1 1⁄4 cups sugar
3⁄4 cup pure cocoa
1 1⁄4 cups water
Preparation
- Whisk sugar, cocoa powder and water in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Cool and store, covered, in refrigerator.
