Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Chockablock full of hazelnuts, this recipe makes a better-for-you version of store-bought chocolate spreads.
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup almonds
3⁄4 cup icing sugar
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinchSea Salt (Grinder)
- Blend hazelnuts and almonds in a food processor for 5 minutes, scraping down the sides every couple of minutes, until a loose paste forms
- Add remaining ingredients and continue to mix until well blended.
- Mixture will thicken if placed in the refrigerator.
