Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄2 cup white sugar
1⁄2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1⁄4 cups flour
1⁄5 tsp salt
1⁄5 tsp baking soda
1 cup oat flakes
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
- Cream butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla extract.
- Beat in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonful onto sheet pan lined with sheet pan liner.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
