1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce, shredded
2 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
2 large tomatoes, chopped
1 avocado, chopped
2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1⁄2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 - 2 tbsp milk
- Arrange lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, chicken, and cheese in neat rows on a platter.
- To make the dressing, stir Creamy Ranch Dip with Chipotle Aioli Seasoning and thin with milk. Drizzle over salad or serve alongside.
