Transform kale into an irresistible dip.
6 cups kale, finely chopped, or baby kale
2 tbsp Spinach Dip Mix
1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 cup light mayonnaise
1⁄2 cup Parmesan or Asiago, grated
- Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
- Place kale in a Multipurpose Steamer. Sprinkle with dip mixes, cover, and microwave on high for 3 minutes, or until kale is wilted.
- Using a blender, blend kale with remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into a heat-proof serving dish. Bake for 15 minutes, or until melty and bubbling on the edges.
