Chai Tea Chicken

Black tea, such as chai tea, contains important antioxidants called polyphenols, which may offer cardio and cancer protection.

Ingredients
2 cups chai tea, strongly brewed
1⁄8 tsp nutmeg
2 tspMinced Garlic
2 tsp juniper berries, cracked
Black Pepper, to taste
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded 1/4” thin
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients (except chicken) and stir.
- Add chicken. Cover and marinate for at least 60 minutes prior to cooking.
- Grill chicken over medium-high heat for approximately 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve.
