Ingredients

12 slices French baguette

1 medium tomato, diced

2 tbsp black olives, finely diced

2 tbspBruschetta Seasoning

¹⁄₂ cup Asiago cheese or low-fat cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat oven to broil. Prepare baguette slices according to Epicure Bruschetta 1 - 2 - 3 recipe.
Combine remaining ingredients. Mound 1 tbsp on to baguette slices and broil until bubbling.
