Blueberry Vanilla Protein Milkshake
2⁄3 cup vanilla ice cream
1⁄2 cup each plain 2% Greek yogurt and milk, your choice
1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
- Measure ice cream, yogurt, milk, blueberries, and protein blend into a blender.
- Blend on high until well incorporated, about 45 sec.
- Divide between two chilled glasses.
