Preparation
  1. In a measuring cup, stir tea with maple syrup until syrup is dissolved; squeeze in lime juice.
  2. Divide blueberries between two glasses. Pour half of tea mixture in each glass and top with soda water.
  3. If desired, serve with ice; garnish with lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
Tips

Turn this mocktail into a delicious cocktail by adding 1 oz of gin or vodka to each glass before filling with tea mixture.

Ever heard of cold brewed tea? It's much smoother tasting because the cooler temperature slowly extracts flavour over several hours, which helps prevent a bitter or astringent taste. Place 1–2 tea bags per cup of cold water in a sealed container. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Use within 4 days of brewing.

Looking for a tangy, zesty zing? Try a lemony version by swapping prepared Pink Lemonade Herbal Tea for Elderflower Cordial Herbal Tea.
