Best Dressed Greens
10 cups mixed salad greens
1 bunch radishes, trimmed and thinly sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Sea Salt (Grinder), freshly ground, to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), freshly ground, to taste
1⁄2 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing, or balsamic vinaigrette dressing
1⁄2 cup crumbled light feta cheese
- Place greens in a large serving bowl.
- Add radishes and tomatoes.
- Season with Salt and Pepper, then drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette. Gently toss to mix. Finish with feta.

If your radish leaves are über fresh, rinse well, tear into small pieces, and add to salad.
