Asian Shrimp Stir-fry

Ingredients
Sea Salt, to taste
1 tbsp light oyster sauce, or soy sauce
1⁄2 tspMinced Garlic
2 tbspAsian Stir-Fry Seasoning
12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tsp vegetable oil
1⁄2 red onion, sliced
1⁄3 cup fresh or canned pineapple pieces
Preparation
- Whisk first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Add shrimp, cover, and marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes
- Place a Wok or frying pan over medium-high heat, and add oil.
- Add shrimp and marinade and flash fry for 2–3 minutes. Add onion and pineapple and toss to combine. Continue cooking for 2–3 minutes and serve warm.
