Ingredients


Makes: 1 serving
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) cucumber
  • 1 C (250 ml) chopped kale
  • 1 C (250 ml) baby spinach
  • 1 small banana or ½ large green apple, chopped and cored
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 C (250 ml) water
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Optimum Vegan Protein Blend

Preparation


 
  • Peel and chop cucumber.
  • In a blender, combine cucumber, kale, cucumber, spinach, banana, pineapple, water and protein blend. If you like it thicker; add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.
