Ingredients
1 cup
berries, your choice
1 cup
chopped kale
1 cup
prepared herbal tea or unsweetened coconut water

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. If you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water. Blend until smooth and pour into a tall glass.

Serve with 1 slice whole-grain bread and 2 tsp nut butter.
